Meet & Greet
30 minutes
During this discovery session, we will get to know each other and discuss the goals and challenges on your mind. We will learn if we are well-matched to work further together.
Sessions : One & Two
45-60 minutes
In our first few sessions, we will set the tone for our working relationship. We will dig deeper into your goal(s) and motivations. Through conversation and strategic questions, we'll discuss the challenges you face and lay the foundation for forward progress.
Sessions : Three - Five
45-60 minutes
For our initial engagement, I offer either eight or twelve-session programs. This allows us to ground our work together and build our relationship to maximize the results you receive. These sessions will involve your custom combination of open dialogue, and mental and emotional exercises, to uncover wins and challenges as you progress toward your goals. With the companion journal, you will have a dedicated repository to keep your thoughts in each week and direct access to the exercises we complete together as well as extra to consider on your own.

Additionally, each week we will incorporate a level of accountability suitable for your best outcome and adjust systems and support as needed so that your wellness is paramount.
Sessions : Six - Eight
45-60 minutes
While each client's progression is custom, typically between sessions six and eight, you should see and feel your habits changing without as much effort, mindset shifts that are more automatic than forced, and palpable forward motion toward your goals.
We will continue to utilize discussion points and open dialogue, and hone the systems and exercises that resonate with you the most, to strengthen the path to success.
Sessions : Nine - Twelve
45-60 minutes
Working together for these extended weeks is beneficial for many clients who have a complex goal to push towards or need additional support and accountability to stay focused and dedicated to progress.
In these weeks, the palpable progress noticed in weeks six, seven, or eight becomes even more pronounced and habit and mindset changes fold into the normal pace of life bringing deep elements of peace and sustainability.
Renewal : Four, Eight or Twelve session blocks

After our initial work together, it would be my pleasure to continue working with you on additional goals or refining the work we have already accomplished together. By offering renewals in blocks of four, eight, or twelve sessions, I can honor the pricing tier you originally received and customize additional resources and exercises toward your progress.
