Hi, I'm Kelly
For more than 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of business, leadership, and growth.
I've served as Chief Operating Officer for an international marketing consultancy, led marketing for one of the nation's top-ranked business schools, built and scaled teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and advised organizations ranging from healthcare systems and government agencies to universities and growing businesses.
Today, in addition to coaching, I continue to consult with organizations including Phoenix Children's, the Arizona MVD, Raceway Car Wash, and the University of Arizona Eller School of Management. I also teach a 400-level Business and Professional Practices course at Grand Canyon University, helping prepare the next generation of professionals for the realities of work, leadership, and business.
Those experiences shape how I coach. I'm a certified health and life coach through the Health Coach Institute, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) member, and a member of the National Speakers Association Arizona Chapter. While I've invested heavily in formal coaching and leadership development, what makes my approach different is the combination of that training with more than two decades of executive leadership, business strategy, and marketing experience.
In a nutshell, I help smart people stop spinning.
Clients often tell me I'm safe enough to be honest with and direct enough to help them move. I bring a marketing background, a COO mindset, and a practical approach to every conversation.
The goal isn't endless reflection. It's helping people make decisions, gain momentum, and make progress on what matters most.
I'm a wife, a mom to two daughters, and a Phoenix resident. My husband is a pancreatic cancer survivor. Our family spent years navigating treatment, surgeries, setbacks, and uncertainty while trying to maintain some sense of normal life.
That experience changed how I think about success.
It taught me that achievement means very little if there's no room left to enjoy it. It taught me that capable people need support too. And it taught me that sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is ask for help carrying what they're carrying.
Today, I help leaders, professionals, and business owners build lives and careers that work not only on paper, but in real life.
I'm glad you're here.
